This is the second in a series of stories on The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival. Come back to PaperCity The Woodlands for new stories in the lead-up to the beloved arts event, which takes place Friday, April 14 through Sunday, April 16. C eramicist Cathra-Anne Barker is the featured artist for The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival this year. Barker is a self-taught potter with 50 years of arts experience. Initially a painter and a drawer, Barker was not satisfied with the flatness of those media and made the shift to ceramics.
