The Mighty Oaks Foundation is building a new headquarters in Montgomery County and expand its service internationally. The organization is focused on helping veterans, active duty military members and first responders suffering from PTSD or other related traumas as well as those going through a divorce. The more than 12,000 square foot facility is set to open in April 2023 and will sit on roughly 4 acres off Texas 105 in the city of Montgomery. Robichaux called the homecoming for the organization "surreal," on returning to where the nonprofit started in The Woodlands in 2011 after being headquartered in California in recent years.
